40-minute session.

These sessions offer a reflective space where writing is used as a tool for exploration, clarity, and self-understanding. You don’t need to consider yourself a “writer” to take part, this is not about performance or producing polished work, but about using language as a way of noticing and working with your inner experience.

Individual therapy offers a space to explore what’s happening in your life at your own pace. This might include anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, or a sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

We can think together about what feels most helpful for you, whether that’s short-term focused work or longer-term exploration.

When working with children and young people, sessions are adapted to suit their age and needs. This may include talking, creative approaches, or other ways of expressing thoughts and feelings.

Where appropriate, I may also work collaboratively with parents or carers to support the therapeutic process.

Couples therapy provides a supportive and balanced space to explore your relationship together. This might involve communication patterns, recurring conflicts, emotional distance, or simply wanting to understand each other more deeply.

The aim is not to take sides, but to help create a space where both perspectives can be heard and understood.

I offer clinical supervision for therapists and trainee practitioners seeking a reflective, supportive, and collaborative space to think about their clinical work.

Supervision is not only a requirement of practice, but also a vital space for reflection, containment, and professional growth. My approach is grounded in openness, curiosity, and thoughtful dialogue.

This is an opportunity to briefly talk through what you’re looking for and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

There is no pressure to decide immediately, many people find it helpful simply to have a conversation first.

Sometimes the most important step is not a decision, but a quiet recognition that something in your experience is asking to be listened to more closely.
